When an American post-graduate student comes to Vienna to complete his doctorate on the Austrian philosopher, Ludwig Wittgenstein, he finds himself becoming embroiled in a dark work that challenges everything he has been working towards. The more he clings to the philosopher's world of crystalline logic, the more bizarre and horrifying events become.
